Terms & Conditions

We like keeping things simple, so as long as you don't bother our other guest and you behave in a reasonable way there will be no problem.

1. Cheque or cash payments only, we do not accept credit or debit cards.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the cost of your accommodation, payable within 2 weeks of booking, is required.
3. The balance is payable upon departure.
4. Check in from 12am. Check out before 10am.
5. Luggage can be left at owner risk after check out.
6. Any damages will be charged at replacement cost.
7. No excessive noise early in the morning or late at night.
8. No smoking.
9. No pets.
